What is this snowblower’s horse power and/or torque?

I am thinking of buying a new Sears snowblower to replace my 20 yrs old Sears 8hp snowblower. However, the new snowblower does not say its horse power, other than below:

CRAFTSMAN®/MD 1350 cc Daul-stage Snowblower with Power Steering

OHV engine ·

    search… myengineinfo.briggsandstratton.com you must know..engine…model , type , & code……this information can be found imprinted on the side of the blower housing of the engine….good luck!
