NEED HELP WITH ID ON THIS ENGINE ALONG WITH HORSEPOWER RATING YEAR OF ENGINE ETC ETC!!!!!!!!!!! Pics comments video anything at all even some parts numbers anything at all!!!!!

    14cu should be a 6hp(definitely not 8hp)
    Date made should be 251 day of 1963
    Kool Bore Briggs
    Models 142000 made between May 1962 – July 1965

    I have -MOST- of one of these carbs, the float’s been wrecked and a couple pieces are missing… I’ll see if I need the thing.. if not you can have it for the cost of shipping but you’re probably better off looking on ebay for a complete one truthfully.

    Snowbird snow blowers were made from 1946- 1967.

    this looks like a late 50s or an early 60s motor.

    I like Valvoline and Napa oil. MMO and Lucas oil stabilizer rock!

    it looks liek it takes a Flo-Jet 2 piece carburetor like the one on my dad’s troy bilt tiller and on my tote gote minibike.

    The “muffler” is intriguing. The one on my tote gote was exactly the same. I thought it was a normal muffler that was rusted away. Now that I see this.. I wonder.
